Abstract

Researchers examined a company engaged in banking that generally provides service products where this company does several services to market its products. This study aims to evaluate the services provided through marketing media companies use in Mobile Banking, namely BRIguna Digital, to make it easier for product users to carry out activities online. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, company secondary data, and documentation collection. This research evaluates marketing services used through the BRIMO application to facilitate the systems and services provided to customers to minimize the failure of online transactions so that BRIMO users are increasingly spreading, especially in the BRIguna Digital program, which is not widely known. This evaluation is carried out to improve the existing system and introduce BRIMO, especially in the digital BRIguna program, so that it is better known and has many users. The evaluation of this program uses the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model with the concept of Perceived Usefulness which will be implemented to support the PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia in evaluating the BRIguna Digital program

Endy Gunanto Marsasi

Adalah Dosen manajemen pemasaran di Fakultas Bisnis dan Ekonomika Universitas Islam Indonesia (FBE UII). Menyelesaikan pendidikan S1 UGM di tahun 1995,  dan S2 dari program Magister Manajemen FEB Universitas Gadjah Mada pada tahun 1998, dan menyelesaikan pendidikan Doktor ilmu Manajemen dengan konsentrasi pemasaran di  FEB Universitas Gadjah Mada pada tahun 2010. Saat ini penulis mengajar untuk tingkat sarjana dan Magister Manajemen Fakultas Bisnis dan  Ekonomika UII untuk mata kuliah konsentrasi pemasaran. Penulis juga menjabat sebagai pengurus Indonesia Marketing Asosiasi (IMA) kebidangan sertifikasi dan akademik untuk chapter Sleman 2019-2021 dan 2022-2024, dan dipercaya sebagai menjadi Dewan pengawas corporate pada salah satu perusahaan skala nasional. Penulis dipercaya sebagai ketua pengembangan kurikulum dan pelaksanaan Sekolah Manajer sebagai program pendukung Magister Manajemen MM FBE UII dengan peserta kalangan UMKM skala menengah ke atas. Beberapa tulisan di jurnal internasional dan nasional terakreditasi pernah dilakukan, dan menjadi reviewer pada beberapa jurnal.Saat ini penulis aktif melakukan penelitian di bidang perilaku konsumen yang berkaitan perkembangan perilaku pasar di era revolusi industri 4.0.
