The title should accurately and concisely describe the full essence of the research. It must be written in English with a maximum of 14 words.

The author’s full name must be accompanied by the institutional affiliation, omitting academic titles or degrees. Authors are required to submit an author biography on a separate sheet containing full institutional affiliation, department, and active corresponding email address.

Abstracts are written in both English and Indonesian. The abstract should synthesize the core essence of the study comprehensively yet concisely, containing the background, research objectives, research methods, key findings/results, and conclusions. Abstracts must be formatted in single spacing.

The introduction contextualizes the background of the study, underlying research problem, distinct research gap, objectives, and a synthesis of relevant theoretical reviews. The opening narrative should not repeat the paper's title. It must elaborate on theoretical frameworks relevant to the research variables, specify indicators employed for measurement, and articulate hypothesized interrelationships among variables.

This section must clearly and succinctly outline the research design, targeted population and sampling technique, research instrument development, data collection procedures, and empirical data analysis techniques utilized.

Results: Report synthesized analytical outputs and empirical findings rather than raw, unprocessed data. Findings may be substantiated with high-resolution figures, photos, well-formatted tables, and charts accompanied by descriptive titles and source attributions where applicable.

Discussion: Provide an explicit, rigorous interpretation of the findings. Connect empirical outcomes with prior theoretical frameworks or empirical studies, and elaborate on the managerial, practical, and theoretical implications of the results in contemporary settings.

Where applicable, acknowledgments should be extended to funding bodies, participating organizations, or individuals who contributed significantly to the research execution and manuscript preparation.
