With this, researchers conducted research with the aim of finding ways to improve the quality of employee performance. The population in this research is all employees who work at PT Samudera Pastry Indonesia, totaling 39 people. Data collection techniques in this research were interviews and questionnaires with data analysis using descriptive methods and using multiple regression. This research aims to find out: (1). Model of partnership pattern between corn farmers and PT. DNYA Perbawa Pradhikasa, (2). Feasibility of corn farming with a partnership pattern with PT. DNYA Perbawa Pradhikasa, (3). The obstacles faced by corn farmers in Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency in partnering with PT. Donly Perbawa Pradhikasa. ). Labuhan Lombok Village and North Pringgabaya Village were selected as research locations and this location was determined using a purposive sampling technique, using 30 respondents determined proportionally. Random sampling and data collection was carried out using direct interview techniques with respondents, using questionnaires that had been prepared and carried out in the month July 2023To find out Total Production Costs (Total Cost) can be calculated using the formula TC = FC+VC, Total Revenue: (Total Revenue) with the formula TR = P x Q, Income: π = TR-TC, meanwhile to find out the feasibility of corn farming you can calculated using Revenue Cost Ratio (RCR) analysis. The results of the research show that the average income from corn farming in Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency is IDR 10.894,928., per ha (MH 2021/2022), with an R/C Ratio value of 1.650. This means that corn farming in Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency using a Partnership Pattern is feasible to develop. In this research the method used is the descriptive method. Determination of the sample area was carried out using purposive sampling, while the data collection technique was carried out using a census. The research results show that: (1) Average production costs for honey bee cultivation businesses Trigona sp amounting to IDR 134,663,- per one production or IDR 403,989,- per year (3 production times). The average honey production produced is 0.11 liters per stop or 2.15 liters per production or 6.45 liters per year with a price at the farmer level of IDR 300,000, so that the average revenue is IDR 646,000 per one. times production or IDR 1,938,000 per year. And the average income of honey bee farmers is IDR 511,337 per production or IDR 1,534,011 per year. This research uses a causal associative approach with a survey method using the SPSS version 25 application. The population is 55 people and the sample is 33 people based on a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The results showed that: compensation partially had a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention, work stress partially had a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention, compensation and work stress simultaneously had a significant effect on turnover intention of PT Sales Division Employees. Determining the location in this research was carried out using purposive sampling, meaning that sampling was carried out deliberately. The research location is in Mataram City, namely in six sub-districts, namely Mataram District, Ampenan District, Sekarbela District, Selaparang District, Cakranegara District, and Sandubaya District. Determining respondents was carried out using the census method, namely taking respondents as a whole. The respondents in this research were oyster mushroom and corncob mushroom farmers spread across six sub-districts. The research results show: firstly, the average production of oyster mushrooms is 1,650 kilograms per 100 m2 per year, which is greater than the average production of corn weevil mushrooms of 830 kilograms per 100 m2. The average production cost of oyster mushroom farming is IDR. 11,533,100,- per 100 m2 per year, which is greater than the average production cost of corn weevil mushrooms, which is Rp. 10,434,641,- per 100 m2 per year. Second, the average income in oyster mushroom farming is IDR. 21,466,900,- per 100 m2 per year, greater than the income from corn weevil mushroom farming, namely Rp. 18,615,359,-per 100 m2, meaning that the income from oyster mushroom farming is greater than the income from corn cob mushroom farming for 1 year. Additionally, the study aimed to analyze the contribution of non-timber forest products to the income of paddy farming in the community. The objectives of this research were to identify the types of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) most utilized by Community Forest Farmers in Aik Berik Village, analyze the contribution of NTFPs to farmer income, and evaluate the constraints affecting the utilization of NTFPs in the HKm of Aik Berik Village. The research method used was descriptive with purposive sampling. The results showed that durian, banana, avocado, and taro were the most used NTFPs by farmers. The average income of farmers reached IDR 35,857,179 per year, with NTFPs contributing 70.04% to the total income. This contribution reflects the significant role of NTFPs in improving the welfare of farmers and the economic sustainability on the outskirts of forest areas. Constraints such as weather, market fluctuations, and price instability influence farmers' income in using NTFPs. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research investigates how these activities influence students' understanding and attitudes towards financial management. Data was collected through direct observation of 'Market Day' activities, in-depth interviews with students, teachers and parents, as well as analysis of documents related to the program. Observations show student interactions in market simulations, focused on money management behavior, purchasing decisions, and savings practices. In-depth interviews provided insight into students', teachers', and parents' perceptions and experiences regarding the activities. Document analysis provides the context and educational goals of these activities. The results showed that 'Market Day' was effective in increasing students' understanding of the value of money, financial management and the importance of saving. Students develop calculation skills, make wise decisions in purchases, and realize the importance of saving for the future. In addition, this activity also supports the development of social skills and decision making. The 'Market Day' activity at SDIT Siliwangi offers a practical and interactive approach to financial literacy education, demonstrating the importance of integrating financial concepts in the elementary school curriculum. The general aim of this research is to obtain an overview and analyze the management of implementing the teaching factory program in increasing the employment rate in the business and industrial world at vocational schools. This research specifically aims to describe and analyze: 1) Planning the teaching factory program; 2) Organizing the teaching factory program; 3) Implementation of the teaching factory program; and 4) Supervision of the teaching factory program. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out through interviews, observation and document study. The results of this research show the following: 1) The planning of the teaching factory program has been planned based on the vocational school teaching factory program planning guidelines; 2) The organization of the teaching factory program has been organized based on the main tasks and functions of the vocational school; 3) The implementation of the teaching factory program is carried out in accordance with the teaching factory guidelines from the Directorate of Vocational Schools, but in the product and service aspects there are still some weaknesses; and 4) Supervision of the teaching factory program was found to have been supervised with reference to the supervision aspects determined by the Vocational School Directorate. The research was carried out at Sari Konveksi which operates in the clothing manufacturing convection sector with the population used being 100 VVIP consumers and the samples taken were 50 people who were VVIP customers from Sari Konveksi, data collection was carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation so that the analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis and the results of this research showed that entrepreneurial development had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Sari Konveksi MSMEs and market orientation had a positive and significant effect on performance. With this research, Sari Konveksi MSMEs can carry out and develop entrepreneurship and market orientation in improving the performance of MSMEs, especially in the creative industries. This study aims to reexamine the mediating role of customer satisfaction on the relationship of service quality with customer loyalty. Service quality (X1) as the independent variable, customer satisfaction (Y1) as a mediating variable and customer loyalty (Y2) as the dependent variable The type of research used is explanatory research. The research location was in Villa Lebak Bali Residence, Canggu, North Kuta. The study population was customers who stayed at Villa Lebak Bali Residence. Samples of 96 respondents were taken using purposive sampling techniques and dataacollection methods using questionnaires. Analysis of the dataaused is descriptive analysis, and PLS. The results showed that the service quality variable significantly influenced the satisfaction variable with a significant value of 0.677. Service Quality Variable has no significant effect on the Loyalty variable with a value of 0.191. The satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the loyalty variable with a significant value of 0.478 and the satisfaction variable mediates the quality of service to loyalty is significant with the coefficient value of indirect effects 0.324. Muamalah is said to be closely related to humans who can change according to the times. Muamalah law is a rule that regulates the relationship between rights and obligations in social life. One form of conversion is cooperation between humans, the first party providing benefits or labor services and the other party providing work. In carrying out this activity, there will be a provision that the working party will receive compensation in the form of wages in return for the energy that has been expended. This collaboration is called an ijarah al-a'mal agreement or rental of services with personnel in fiqh literature. &nbsp;&nbsp; This research uses the Empirical Normative Legal Research Methodology, which is a research methodology that combines normative legal elements which are then supported by additional data or empirical elements. This research focuses on case studies and facts in the field. The main data source for this research was obtained from observations of transactions between workers and rice field owners. Qhe results of the research show that wages given to rice planting workers are wages paid using cash, wages given by rice field owners are handed over after they have finished their work. The difference in wages between men and women has been around for decades.
