The results of the study showed a determination coefficient value of 0.598 or 59.8%. Hypothesis test t count (7.813> 2.000) or sig value 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Equation Y = 14.131 + 0.649X1, The determination coefficient value is 0.684 or 68.4%. Hypothesis test t count (11.400> 2.000) or sig value 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is accepted and H2 is accepted. Regression equation Y = 10.323 + 0.750X2, The correlation coefficient value of 0.854 means that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong relationship level with a determination coefficient of 0.730% or 73.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained the calculated F value> Ftable or (79.702> 3.150). Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, this indicates that there is a significant simultaneous influence between the Influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance of PT. This research method uses quantitative methods with a sample size of 70 respondents, the data analysis technique used is: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination analysis test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the calculated t value was 2.048, which exceeded the critical value of 1.668, and the significance value for the work motivation variable (X1) was 0.004, smaller than the probability set at 0.05 (0.004<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the work motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT. Arkadia Sinergi Indonesia. Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the calculated t value was 3.562, which exceeded the critical value of 1.168, and the significance value for the physical work environment variable (X2) was 0.001, smaller than the probability set at 0.05 (0.001<0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that the physical work environment variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT. Arkadia Sinergi Indonesia. Based on the F test results, the calculated f value was 6.257, which exceeds the critical value of 3.134, and the significance value is 0.003, which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the work motivation variables (X1) and the physical work environment (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) at PT Arkadia Sinergi Indonesia
Siti Salamah Desi Prasetiyani Copyright (c) 2024 Implikasi: Jurnal Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia 2024-12-18 2024-12-18 2 2 64~78 64~78 10.56457/implikasi.v2i2.674 The Effect Of Competency And Organizational Culture On Employee Performance At Serpong M-Town Signature Apartment https://jurnal.dim-unpas.web.id/index.php/implikasi/article/view/676
This study aims to investigate the influence of competence and organizational culture on individual performance in an organizational context. Strong competence and positive organizational culture are considered important factors in achieving superior performance in various work environments. Malindo Feedmill Tbk. The method in this study used a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique totaling 70 respondents. Data analysis techniques used data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination. Hypothesis testing in this study used the t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.348, meaning that employee performance is influenced by organizational culture and motivation by 34.8% and the remaining 65.2% is influenced by other factors. This has been proven by the organizational culture variable, the t test obtained a calculated t value> t table or (4.167> 1.667). In the motivation variable, the t test results obtained (2.742> 1.667). Organizational Culture and Motivation Giving simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance, which has been shown in the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.835 + 0.321 X1 + 0.175 X2. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of F count > F table or (17.848 > 3.134) this is also strengthened by the p value < Sign. 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, H03 is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence simultaneously between organizational culture and motivation giving on employee performance.
Yospila Andani Arief Budi Santoso Copyright (c) 2024 Implikasi: Jurnal Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia 2024-12-18 2024-12-18 2 2 92~98 92~98 10.56457/implikasi.v2i2.675 The Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Office of the Administrative Personnel Education and Training Center, Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia, Ciputat, South Tangerang https://jurnal.dim-unpas.web.id/index.php/implikasi/article/view/677
This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Administrative Training Center Office of the Ministry of Religion, Ciputat, South Tangerang.
